🚀 What if your workout app could hit pause for you? 🤯

When you start or end your games or drills the workout will automatically pause and resume.

This behaviour can be disabled in the new settings page 🙂

badmintho's Apple Watch settings with two toggles: Auto pause on a game or drill end, and Auto resume on a game or drill start

Apple Watch

FIX: some users were experiencing issues to start a game on Apple Watch 5
NEW: Automatic pause and resume workout when games and drills start and end

iPhone

FIX: sometime the app would not find the subscription if not connected to the internet for longer than a week

How slotho’s Ask Your History answers from your own logs
In slotho 26.6 you can ask about your health log in your own words. Your iPhone does the looking, and only what answers your question is shared.
Your badminton matches, saved in your own Apple Health
badmintho keeps no match database of its own. Every match is a badminton workout in your Apple Health: the workout, every point with its moment, the players, the umpire marks and the court. Here is what it holds, and why.
What leaves your device, and what never does
Five red8.io apps have no sign-up screen. Where your data lives in slotho, badmintho, pluris, FlowMail and formatho, every request each one makes, why Cortex is the exception, and what changes when badmintho Community arrives.
Before we translate a word
In slotho, “fast” means going without food; in badmintho, a “let” is a rally played again. Every red8.io app keeps a short glossary of its own words, and none of its text is translated without it. Here is what is in it, and the three rules around it.
FlowMail 26.3 — invitations that open in your mail
FlowMail 26.3 is on the App Store for iPhone, iPad and Mac. An invitation attached to a message now opens right there, at the hour it is where you are — Outlook’s Windows time zones included — and goes into Calendar with one tap.
What holds your work together? Mine started as one iOS Shortcut
In 2021 I wrote about one iOS Shortcut that caught every idea so I would never forget anything. Five years on, that habit has become five products, and Cortex is where they meet.
