slotho — Apple Watch health tracker for food, sleep and fasting

Your whole day, in balance. Track food, energy, hydration, sleep, workouts and fasting — then see how they connect. Everything in one place, on iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch.

Today — your whole day at a glance

  • Daily Balance score — sleep, food & water and activity in one number.
  • Energy, hour by hour — intake versus burn across the day, with your eating window.
  • Daily rhythm — meal timing and sleep connected, with well-timed food suggestions.

Log — in seconds

  • Search & quick log — a food logger with recent and favourite foods a tap away, plus quick actions for your usual items.
  • Barcode & USDA database — rebuilt on USDA data, with food names in 21 languages.
  • Drinks & digestion — water, caffeine and alcohol with goals; digestion and symptoms logged with their severity, where a symptom-free day counts as evidence too.
  • Snap a meal — photograph a plate and slotho lists what it sees, for you to check before anything is logged.
  • Where you ate it — a meal can carry a place. The name goes to Apple Health with the meal; the coordinates stay on your iPhone.
  • One timeline — coffee, water and meals, automatic and minute by minute.

Insights & recaps — what your day is telling you

slotho caffeine against your daily limit
  • See how you really sleep — sleep stages night after night, with sleep and eating windows together.
  • Caffeine vs. your limit — see when that afternoon coffee is costing you sleep.
  • 7- and 30-day recaps — the signal from your week and month, in plain language.
  • Foods to watch — slotho looks for foods that turn up before a symptom, using only your own log, and says so only once the evidence is there.

Fasting — timed and explained

  • Schedule & eating window — set your window; slotho tracks the fast across midnight automatically, and reads it from what you actually logged rather than a timer you have to remember to press.
  • Fasting stages (educational) — the classic milestones (digestion → blood sugar → glycogen → fat-burning → ketosis → autophagy), with alerts as you reach each one and a morning recap. The hours are approximations, and slotho says so.
  • Workouts & plans — strength plans phone-to-watch, effort tracking and history, with your exercise notes read aloud on the watch when the set changes.
  • Guided meditations — six written practices read aloud, with your music lowered while they play.

Private by design

What you log lives on your device and in your own Apple Health, and it moves between your iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch through your own iCloud, under your Apple Account — Apple’s infrastructure, not ours. There is no slotho account and no slotho server holding any of it. Insights and the Daily Balance score are computed on the device.

Two kinds of request do leave your device. Food lookups — the words you typed or the barcode you scanned — go to public food databases with nothing about you attached. And when you use an AI feature, the thing you asked about goes out too: the photo you took, stripped of its location and camera details, the words you typed, or the options you picked for a plan or a meditation. With slotho Pro that request passes through a small service red8.io runs, which counts it against your monthly allowance and hands it to Google’s Gemini models; your photos and words are not stored there. With a key of your own it goes to the provider you chose, and with Apple Intelligence it stays on the iPhone. slotho asks before the first photo and before the first text request. slotho supports general wellness and education, and is not medical advice.
