Terms of Service

These terms of service cover the apps published by red8.io — including badmintho, slotho, formatho, pluris, agentho, and FlowMail — and this website. By using them, you agree to what follows.

Last updated: 29 July 2026

Your licence to use the apps

Our apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and are licensed, not sold, to you. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, and these terms sit alongside it. Where the two conflict on App Store distribution, Apple’s agreement governs.

You may use the apps on the devices your Apple Account allows. You may not resell them, or attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer them except where law expressly permits it.

Your accounts and your data

Our apps run on your device and connect directly to services you already have — your mail provider, for example. You are responsible for holding a valid account with those services and for complying with their terms; we are not a party to that relationship, and we cannot restore access you lose there.

Because your content stays on your device, keeping backups is your responsibility. If you delete an app or reset your device, data held only there is gone.

How each app handles data is set out in its privacy policy, linked from its support page.

Acceptable use

Do not use our apps to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk mail, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to interfere with the services they connect to. We may withdraw support from an account used this way.

Purchases and subscriptions

Any purchase or subscription is made with Apple, not with us. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed in your Apple Account settings, and refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. A subscription renews until you cancel it.

Changes to the apps

We improve and occasionally retire features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue an app or a feature, and we will give reasonable notice on this site when a change materially affects paid functionality.

Warranty and liability

The apps are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data or profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and if you are a consumer you keep the statutory rights your country gives you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the apps after a change means you accept the updated terms.
